Privacy policy

The War Room (app.warroomadvisory.com) is a private portal for members of The War Room program. Only invited people can sign in. This page explains what we keep, what we use it for, and how you control it.

What we keep

Account details: name, email, profile photo, and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
Profile details you add: headline, bio, social links.
Work you hand in through Audit, with files, links and reviewer notes.
Posts, comments, photos and videos you share in Community.
Your lesson progress and checklists.
Business numbers from Kohort (sales, ad spend), if you connect Kohort.

Google data

If you sign in with Google, we use only your name, email and profile photo to confirm it is you.

If you connect Google Calendar, we add, update and remove only The War Room's own events in your main calendar. We do not read, store or change any of your other events. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted as soon as you disconnect.

The War Room's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except to make the calendar feature work.

LINE data

If you connect LINE, we keep your LINE user ID and LINE display name only to send you notices. If you block The War Room's LINE account or disconnect, we delete it.

What we use it for

Running the portal: sign-in, lessons, work reviews, community and calendar.
Sending notices in the portal bell, by email and on LINE (you choose which in Settings).
Letting the coaching team see your work and progress so they can help you.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Other members see your profile, posts and comments in Community.
Admins see your handed-in work, progress and business numbers.
Services that run the portal for us: Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), Bunny (video), Resend (email), Google and LINE (when you connect them), Kohort (when you connect it).

Your choices

You can edit your profile any time in Settings, and disconnect Google, LINE or Kohort in Connections. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to thewarroomadvisory@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When your account is deleted, your personal data is deleted with it.
